قواعد إلغاء التجديد وطلبات الاسترداد للمنتجات والاشتراكات الرقمية في Gematrixx.
سياسة الاسترداد
1. القاعدة العامة
تمنح الاشتراكات وصولًا رقميًا إلى مزايا Gematrixx، ولذلك لا نقدم استردادًا بسبب تغيير الرأي، أو التراجع عن الاشتراك بعد إتمامه، أو عدم استخدام الخدمة، أو نسيان إلغاء التجديد، أو شراء خطة أو اشتراك مستقل بالخطأ.
2. الحالة الوحيدة المؤهلة للمراجعة
يمكن طلب مراجعة الاسترداد فقط عند حدوث تحصيل مكرر غير مقصود للعملية نفسها، أي خصم المبلغ أكثر من مرة نتيجة تكرار تقني للطلب ذاته.
لا يُعد وجود اشتراكين منفصلين، أو طلبين مستقلين، أو عمليتين أنشأهما المستخدم تحصيلًا مكررًا تلقائيًا. يتم التحقق باستخدام معرّفات العمليات وتوقيتها وسجلات مزود الدفع.
3. إلغاء التجديد
يمكن إلغاء التجديد من صفحة الحساب أو بوابة مزود الدفع. يمنع الإلغاء الرسوم المستقبلية، ويستمر الوصول حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة وفق حالة الاشتراك، لكنه لا يعيد الدفعة الحالية.
4. تقديم طلب مراجعة التحصيل المكرر
أرسل رسالة إلى [email protected] مع بريد الحساب، وتاريخ العملية، والمبلغ، ومعرّفَي الخصم أو الإيصالين. لن تتم الموافقة قبل التحقق من أن الخصمين يعودان إلى العملية نفسها.
5. معالجة الاسترداد المعتمد
إذا ثبت التحصيل المكرر، تتم إعادة قيمة الخصم المكرر فقط إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية حيثما أمكن، وفق إجراءات مزود الدفع والبنك.
6. الحقوق الإلزامية
لا تحد هذه السياسة من أي حق لا يجوز قانونًا التنازل عنه.
Refund Policy
1. General rule
Subscriptions provide digital access to Gematrixx features. We do not issue refunds because a customer changes their mind, cancels after purchase, does not use the service, forgets to cancel renewal, or purchases a separate plan or subscription by mistake.
2. The only eligible case for review
A refund review may be requested only for an unintended duplicate charge for the same transaction, meaning that the same purchase was charged more than once because of a technical duplication.
Two separate subscriptions, independently submitted orders, or transactions created by the customer are not automatically duplicate charges. Verification is based on transaction identifiers, timestamps, and payment-provider records.
3. Canceling renewal
Renewal may be canceled from the account page or payment-provider portal. Cancellation prevents future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period according to the subscription status, but it does not return the current payment.
4. Requesting duplicate-charge review
Email [email protected] with the account email, transaction date, amount, and both charge or receipt identifiers. Approval is not issued until both charges are verified as belonging to the same transaction.
5. Processing an approved refund
If a duplicate charge is confirmed, only the duplicated amount is returned to the original payment method where possible, subject to the payment provider's and bank's procedures.
6. Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit any right that cannot legally be waived.
