الشروط المنظمة لاستخدام منصة Gematrixx والحسابات والاشتراكات والأدوات البحثية.
شروط الاستخدام
1. طبيعة الخدمة
Gematrixx منصة برمجية على الويب توفر أدوات للحسابات العددية واللغوية، وحساب الجُمّل، وتحليل النصوص، وخصائص الأعداد، وحفظ النتائج وتصديرها، ومحتوى بحثي وتعليمي ذي صلة.
أي محتوى رمزي أو تاريخي أو فلكي تقليدي في المنصة يُعرض لأغراض معرفية وبحثية وتعليمية فقط. لا تقدم المنصة تنبؤات شخصية، أو قراءة طالع، أو ضمانًا لنتائج مستقبلية، أو استشارة دينية أو طبية أو قانونية أو مالية أو نفسية.
2. الحساب والأهلية
- يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة والمحافظة على سرية بيانات الدخول.
- أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم من خلال حسابك، وعليك إبلاغ الدعم عند الاشتباه في استخدام غير مصرح به.
- يجب أن يكون مشتري الاشتراك بالغًا أو قد بلغ سن الرشد القانوني في بلده.
3. الخطط والاشتراكات
قد تتوفر خطط مجانية وخطط مدفوعة شهرية أو سنوية. توضح صفحة الاشتراكات السعر، ودورة الفوترة، والمزايا، والضرائب أو الرسوم المطبقة قبل إتمام الطلب.
الاشتراكات المدفوعة تتجدد تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاء التجديد قبل موعد الفوترة التالي. يمكن إدارة الاشتراك من صفحة الحساب أو بوابة مزود الدفع المتاحة للمستخدم.
4. الدفع والتفعيل
تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر مزود دفع خارجي معتمد. عند استخدام Paddle، تكون Paddle هي التاجر المسجل ومعيد البيع للطلب، وتتولى تحصيل المدفوعات والضرائب وخدمة استفسارات الدفع والاسترداد وفق سياساتها. لا تخزن Gematrixx بيانات البطاقة الكاملة.
يُفعّل الوصول المدفوع بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع وربطها بالحساب. قد يتأخر التفعيل مؤقتًا عند تأخر إشعار مزود الدفع أو الحاجة إلى مراجعة عملية غير معتادة.
5. الإلغاء
إلغاء التجديد يمنع الرسوم المستقبلية، ولا يعني تلقائيًا استرداد دفعة سابقة. عند الإلغاء في نهاية الفترة، تبقى المزايا المدفوعة متاحة حتى نهاية الفترة المسددة، ما لم يفرض القانون أو مزود الدفع خلاف ذلك.
6. الاسترداد
المدفوعات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد. الحالة الوحيدة التي يمكن مراجعتها طوعًا هي التحصيل المكرر غير المقصود للعملية نفسها بعد التحقق من سجلات الدفع. لا ينشئ تغيير الرأي أو التراجع أو عدم الاستخدام أو نسيان الإلغاء حقًا في الاسترداد. راجع سياسة الاسترداد.
7. الاستخدام المقبول
- يحظر استخدام المنصة بصورة غير قانونية أو احتيالية أو مضللة.
- يحظر محاولة اختراق المنصة أو تعطيلها أو تجاوز حدود الاستخدام أو الوصول إلى حسابات الآخرين.
- يحظر نسخ قواعد البيانات أو المحتوى أو إعادة بيعه أو تشغيله آليًا على نطاق يضر بالخدمة دون إذن كتابي.
- يحظر رفع محتوى ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو يعرّضهم للضرر.
8. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
تظل حقوق البرمجيات والتصميم والمحتوى الأصلي والعلامات الخاصة بالمنصة مملوكة لأصحابها. يمنحك الاشتراك حقًا شخصيًا محدودًا وغير حصري لاستخدام الخدمة، ولا ينقل ملكية أي برنامج أو قاعدة بيانات.
9. دقة النتائج وحدود الخدمة
نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لتحسين دقة الأدوات، لكن النتائج الحسابية أو النصية قد تتأثر بالبيانات والمصادر وإعدادات المستخدم واختلاف المناهج. يجب التحقق المستقل من النتائج قبل الاعتماد عليها في قرار مهم.
10. التوفر والتغييرات
قد تتم صيانة المنصة أو تعديل الأدوات والخطط والحدود والمحتوى. سنسعى إلى تجنب الانقطاع غير الضروري، ولا نضمن توفر الخدمة دون توقف في جميع الأوقات.
11. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
تعتمد بعض الوظائف على خدمات خارجية، مثل الاستضافة والمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات ومعالجة الدفع والبريد. يخضع استخدام هذه الخدمات أيضًا لسياسات مقدميها.
12. تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤه
يجوز تعليق الحساب أو تقييده عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو إساءة الاستخدام، أو الاحتيال، أو المخاطر الأمنية، أو عدم سداد الرسوم. لا يؤثر ذلك في الحقوق الإلزامية التي يمنحها القانون.
13. حدود المسؤولية
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، تقدم الخدمة كما هي وكما هي متاحة، ولا نتحمل خسائر غير مباشرة أو قرارات اتخذت اعتمادًا على محتوى رمزي أو بحثي أو نتائج لم يتم التحقق منها. لا تستبعد هذه الفقرة أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
14. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو المتطلبات القانونية أو التشغيلية. يُنشر تاريخ التحديث في أعلى الصفحة، ويعد استمرار الاستخدام بعد نفاذ التعديل قبولًا له، حيث يسمح القانون.

Terms of Use
1. The service
Gematrixx is a web-based software platform providing numerical and linguistic calculation tools, gematria calculators, text analysis, number properties, saved results, exports, and related research and educational content.
Symbolic, historical, or traditional astronomical material is provided only for informational, research, and educational purposes. Gematrixx does not provide personalized predictions, fortune-telling, guaranteed future outcomes, or religious, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials.
- You are responsible for activity through your account and should report suspected unauthorized access.
- A subscription purchaser must be an adult or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
3. Plans and subscriptions
Free and paid monthly or annual plans may be offered. The subscriptions page and checkout show the price, billing cycle, features, and applicable taxes or fees before purchase.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is canceled before the next billing date. Subscriptions may be managed from the account page or the available payment-provider portal.
4. Payment and activation
Payments are processed by an approved third-party provider. When Paddle is used, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, and handles payment collection, taxes, and payment/refund support under its policies. Gematrixx does not store complete payment-card details.
Paid access is activated after payment is confirmed and linked to the account. Activation may be temporarily delayed if a payment notification is delayed or an unusual transaction requires review.
5. Cancellation
Canceling renewal prevents future charges and does not automatically refund a previous payment. For end-of-period cancellation, paid access remains available until the end of the paid period unless applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise.
6. Refunds
Payments are final and non-refundable. The only case voluntarily reviewed is a verified unintended duplicate charge for the same transaction. A change of mind, cancellation after purchase, non-use, or failure to cancel before renewal does not create a refund right. See the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform unlawfully, fraudulently, or deceptively.
- Do not attack, disrupt, circumvent usage controls, or access another user's account.
- Do not copy, scrape, resell, or automate access at a scale that harms the service without written permission.
- Do not upload content that violates third-party rights or causes harm.
8. Content and intellectual property
Software, design, original content, databases, and platform marks remain the property of their respective owners. A subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service and does not transfer ownership.
9. Results and limitations
We use reasonable efforts to improve tool accuracy, but results may depend on source data, settings, and differing methodologies. Independently verify results before relying on them for any important decision.
10. Availability and changes
The platform may be maintained or changed, including its tools, plans, limits, and content. We aim to avoid unnecessary downtime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Third-party services
Some functions rely on third-party hosting, authentication, database, payment, and email services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.
12. Suspension or termination
Accounts may be restricted or suspended for breach, abuse, fraud, security risk, or non-payment. This does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect losses or decisions based on symbolic, research, or unverified results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal and operational requirements change. The updated date will be posted above. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
